Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India only.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
A shipping fee of ₹99 will be charged on orders below ₹499.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
Orders are generally dispatched within 2–3 business days.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery typically takes up to 10 business days, depending on your location and courier service.
Delivery times may be longer during festivals, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid.

Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

At PBX Clothing, every product is carefully inspected before dispatch. Therefore, we do not offer returns or refunds.

Exchange Policy

We only accept exchanges under the following conditions:

The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery.
The product is unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with its original packaging, tags, hanging cards, and all accessories intact.

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for an exchange.

Exchange Method

Approved exchanges will be issued in the form of a PBX Clothing Gift Card, which can be used for future purchases on our website. Cash refunds will not be provided.

Non-Eligible Items

We do not accept exchanges for:

Change of mind.
Wrong size ordered by the customer.
Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Products returned without original tags or packaging.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos/videos of the issue.
